He was so easy to deal with throughout the planning process, very responsive and accommodating of the set up and noise restrictions of our venue, which he managed in a way without having any effect on the atmosphere and enjoyment we had throughout the night! Ben was able to set up early on the day to fit around ours and the venues schedule, and left the sound system and the microphones available for us to use with easy instructions on what to do, and was even on hand to answer a couple or urgent questions mid afternoon when we thought things weren’t working (they were, someone else had fiddled with the volume!). And to top it all off Ben put together a compilation video of snippets of the evening, overlaid with our first dance song, which looks absolutely amazing. We can’t recommend him enough!"
